Marriage and Family Therapists treat individuals and families and couples in the context of relationship dynamics. We utilize solution-focused approaches to help our clients move from where they are today, to where they see themselves in the future. In order to realize their goals, sometimes it is necessary to resolve current conflicts, enhance communication, maneuver through life’s changes and develop new coping and relationship skills. Therapy is typically provided in private therapy sessions lasting approximately one hour each. The number of therapy sessions varies according to client treatment goals.
